- The façade of the cottage is of red bricks, two-storey structure, with 4 suites and a kitchen on each floor.
- Each suite consists of one master bedroom, one smaller bedroom, two bathrooms and a sitting room.
- There are 2 suites on the ground floor while there are 2 Suites on the first floor.
- The kitchen is a shared facility between 2 suites.
- There is a kitchenette on the ground floor as well and complimentary tea and coffee service in each suite.
- Bonfire can be organized with prior intimation for Rs. 1,000
