There are five bedrooms spread over two floors of this penthouse. The cottage boasts of a large terrace on each floor which gives commanding views of the valley. To access the cottage from the car park, you will need to climb about a flight of 10 steps to enter the cottage. Sit on the balcony and soak in the winter sun, or simply enjoy the passing clouds on a summer evening. The cottage in Bharahi provides all modern facilities to travellers looking for a holiday with their loved ones.
You can cook your own meals or else ask the caretaker to rustle up mouthwatering dishes for you. A local market to meet all your needs is just a five minute walk. Please note this is a home stay and not a hotel, so you need to inform in advance about your meal plans. Walk to the mall (30 minutes) through winding roads lined with pine trees. If walking is not for you, take a cab to the Mall road, approximately 8 minutes from the cottage. Cab can be organised to visit the Mall road, by the caretaker on prior intimation.
Climb up to the colonial house atop a hill or simply sit under a tree and let nature soothe away stress.
Smell the pine wood, or lose yourself in the song of the Himalayan bird Jujurana, or watch the stars twinkle at night. The cottage has much to offer to all travellers - the busy looking for peace, or the stressed looking for rejuvenation.

You carry your own food supplies (can buy them here also) and do your own cooking.
There is a Cook and helper at the cottage who can do Indian cooking.
We provide you with a fully loaded kitchen, like cooking gas and stove, refrigerator, pots and pans. Crockery and cutlery, washing of utensils etc.
The housekeeper will assist in procuring the provisions/grocery from the local market on behalf of you in advance before your arrival. The cost of which has to be reimbursed at the time of arrival.
The guests can avail the facility of the caretaker cum cook and helper at an additional amount, which is purely optional:

- To maintain harmony and peace; No loud music / shouting after 10: 00 PM.
- In order to maintain hygiene, house slippers are provided for your use
- Eating of food is strictly not permitted in bedrooms. Guests are welcome to use the Dining area or outdoors.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house. You may however, smoke outdoors.
- Parking for 2 cars is available within the cottage complex.
- Pets are not allowed
- Caretaker at the cottage is available from 9:00 AM to 07:30 PM. In between he goes for Lunch for an hour.
