The 5 Bedroom Lake View Boutique cottage is located in a quaint and picturesque village of Bhimtal in Nainital district. A luxury homestay nestled within the mountain ranges of the lower Himalayan regions of Kumaon hills. This cottage gives you the best 12 o’clock view of the lake. Look left or right the lake will be in your sight. All the cottages at the property are named after different birds that are unique yet regular visitors in that area! All amenities provided at this Bhimtal property are up to the mark, minute details have been taken care of for a comfortable yet a luxury stay, total value for money. This cottage may also be called “Jewel of Bhimtal” The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Each room has a breath-taking view from its large windows. There is a big balcony attached to the rooms from where you can see the Bhimtal Lake and relax with the birds singing around you. The garden is big with sit-out areas amongst plenty of fruit trees and flower plants, birds and butterflies.
The staff is courteous, polite, and always ready to help. You would mostly get Indian food but you can check with the cook if they can make something special for you. Additionally, the area is filled with restaurants/ cafes downhill and some of them would even accommodate home delivery if requested.
You will wake up to clean crisp air, fresh mountain breeze that carries the scents and stories of mountains beyond and the lyrics of nature carefully crafted by the visiting unique variety of birds. This is are an eco-friendly homestay and takes the utmost pride in living with minimal carbon footprint and in complete harmony with nature.
There is wild life around the Bhimtal area and it is not recommended to roam around alone at night. In case you need to travel up and downhill at night, suggest asking for help from the property staff which they graciously provide. The toiletries provided are manufactured in-house and can be purchased as well.
The drive uphill from the Bhimtal Lake to the cottage might be a bit tricky for new drivers, but the staff would go out of their way to help you out.

The cottage can comfortably accommodate 14 Adults. We have provision for extra beds.
