They are eager, enthusiastic and energetically involved in welcoming you and making sure that you enjoy every aspect of your holiday. All the three rooms are clean, comfortable and cozy. Two rooms have annexe, to house two adults and kids while one room has a sitting area which can be converted into a sleeping area for one adult. All the rooms open into the garden and offer panoramic views of the property and the forests beyond.
The greatest delight of this cottage in Bhimtal is the fresh pancakes with home mulberry preserve in the morning, to home-made buns in the evening, to Indian and continental dishes in the afternoon and a barbecue at night. The hostess is accomplished at cooking & baking. She also makes delicious home-made jams! She can teach you how to do it too, just let her know in advance that you'd like to have one of the following workshops:
1) Baking workshop
2) Cooking workshop
3) Jam making workshop – make home-made jams, using fresh seasonal fruits like apples & pears. You can also take them home with you!
Cooking demonstrations are Rs.150 per head plus the usual meal charge if it is a full meal demonstration.
For individual item demonstrations the cost is Rs.150 per head plus the cost of ingredients used.
