The owners have ensured that this is a typical, mountain retreat that offers no television in the bedrooms but a direct telecast of nature’s bounty; an Indian home stay with limited access to Wi-Fi but unlimited access to sounds and scenes of Mother Earth’s glory.
This Nainital Holiday cottage offers six suites with 8000 square feet of area spread over three and a half stories. Each of the suites is designed with wood paneling and made comfortable with sit-outs, large snug beds, modern bathrooms and scenic beauties from the windows. The cottage also offers common sitting areas and a dining room, creating spaces to get together with other members of your family or to interact with other guest sharing the property. Step into your balconies or step out of the entrance area and you will be surrounded by greenery, call of birds, squiggly squirrels and a sense of contentment.
There is only one TV in the entire cottage and that is placed in the common area. The idea is to encourage guests to interact with each other, go for walks along the hill paths, be mesmerized by the sun-rises and sun-sets and to enjoy every minute of pristine beauty. You should keep in mind that this is a home stay and not a hotel. So, you may not get an elaborate menu, but you will get freshly-prepared, deliciously-flavoured and perfectly-seasoned, home-cooked meals. And, since Nainital is so nearby, you can visit the flourishing malls and the beautiful taals (lakes) in the day and be assured that you will come to a home ready to embrace you with its serenity.

The cottage can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 25 Adults. We have provision for extra beds. The cottage welcomes well behaved pets.
Price information:
7 X Super Deluxe Rooms on Twin sharing basis @ Rs. 2,900 per room per night
If hiring the complete cottage by a single group i.e. Maximum of 14 adults : Rs. 20, 000
Extra bed @ Rs. 700 per night are available on request
Goods & Services Tax @ 5% is applicable on above rates.
MEAL PLAN A (Suitable for Large groups and long staying guests)
The cottage will provide the basic supplies like cooking gas and stove, refrigerator, pots and pans. Crockery and cutlery, washing of utensils etc. (Generally preferred by long staying guests)
The housekeeper will assist in procuring the provisions/grocery (Dry rations) from the local Bhowali market on behalf of you in advance before your arrival. The cost of which has to be reimbursed at the time of arrival.
The guests can avail the facility of the full fledged kitchen, cook and caretaker, at an additional amount, which is purely optional:
