The Villa has two well-appointed fully furnished spacious bedrooms with attached bathrooms and drawing/dining with latest modular kitchen. A trained cook, and a housekeeper are always at your service to prepare sumptuous meals for you and take care of your daily needs to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. The 2 bedrooms with en-suite facilities, a large living room, dining room and kitchen, big balcony facing the mountains and a Patio.
From the car park the cottage can be reached by a staircase (25 steps). Parking is with-in the cottage compound.

Each Bedroom with Breakfast Rs. 7,000
Extra Bed with Breakfast Rs. 1,000
If no extra beds are needed but there is child occupancy we charge Rs 500 per child for staying in the room this includes breakfast for the child.
Goods & Services Tax @ 5% is applicable on above rates.

- There is no cooking facility at any time for any guests, we only serve food prepared by the staff, the guests are welcome to get take away food which will be heated and served.
- We do not have accommodation or food for any maids, staff or drivers at the home. There is a place close to the house where we have an arrangement for the staff to stay, this can be arranged for the guests and they can pay for this directly.
