The three bedroom cottage is situated in Landour - Mussoorie, a few minutes walk from the legendary Char Dukan and another couple of minutes from Rokeby Manor. The cottage has three en-suite bedrooms, living and dining room, a small sitting room, a couple of decks for outdoor seating, situated on half an acre of land, much of it hillside. It is surrounded by old trees, faces south and filled with sunlight. From the terrace the view is of Dehradun and parts of Mussoorie; a very pretty sight at night specially. The caretaker lives below the house. Parking as well. Television of course (not the flat screen and only in the living room). It is a lovely walk around the hill in Landour - the 'chukker'.
